Remember Julie Rogers?
She’s now got two weeks under her belt of evening story time, which lets kids of all ages reap the benefits of storytelling in a group session. And it’s not just for them–it’s for you. Parental interaction, both with their own kids and the other families in the neighborhood, is beneficial for the whole family.
Come on into the East End Library every Tuesday at 6:30 PM for story time with Miss Julie. Or, come early for some coloring, games on the computer, and browsing of the hundreds of books for kids.
(Speaking of books, Summer Reading will begin shortly, and the East End branch has hinted at all sorts of good prizes in the works for participants. Stay tuned!)
